The undersigned ( New

)request that NYC Department of Finance's implementation of
salary reimbursement for ordered military service, be reviewed
completely. We are requesting local government to support correcting

was well intentioned but unfair and poorly planned. Poorly planned

Members

On *Monday, March 14, 2005, the Official National
Latino Officers Association of America was Victorious at the
Queens County Supreme Court, 88-11 Sutphin Blvd, Queens, NY
11435 on a decision by Judge Martin Schulman in regards to the
Illegal use of the NLOA name that has caused some confusion
to the membership regarding another organization that mirrors
our name by an individual who was expunged by the General membership
back in February 2003.
Since that time, this individual has attempted to tarnish the
good work that the Official NLOA has accomplished since its
inception on January 1996. We will protect the reputation of
an organization from anyone who chooses to desecrate the great
work that we, as an organization, have accomplished.
**If any member observes/receives any unauthorized flyers arriving
at your commands via faxes, flyers, applications posted at your
command, personal emails ,etc. ,please notify any NLOA member
